The Judge, Malam Abdullahi Abdulkarim issued the warrant, following an oral application by the Prosecution Counsel, Abdullahi Tanko.

Tanko had prayed the court to revoke the bail of the  defendant for not appearing to defend the charge against him.

Abdulkarim also, ordered that hearing notice should be served on the surety.

He adjourned the case until May 15 for hearing.

The police charged Zaka and Joseph now at  large with criminal conspiracy and unlawful juju which he pleaded not guilty to.

Earlier, Tanko, told the court that the complainant Mr Labaran Dikko of Gosa village, Abuja reported the matter at the police station on Dec. 16, 2022.

He said that the defendant conspired to perform juju on the complainant four-year-old daughter.

He said that during police investigation the defendant confessed that the native doctor performed the ritual in his house (defendant’s house).
