Dabiri-Erewa praises Ford Foundation for its philanthropic gestures to humanity

ABKE Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has commended  Daniel Ford Foundation for its philanthropic gestures to humanity.

Dabiri-Erewa, who was the special guest of Honour at the Daniel Ford International Elite Table Tennis Tournament held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.

She commended Yemi Edun for sponsoring the tournament and empowering the youth in the process, 

She also applauded  the Lagos State Government for creating the enabling environment for the tournament to hold.

The NIDCOM Boss called on other Nigerians in diaspora ,and public-spirited individuals and organisations, both home and abroad, to emulate this laudable initiative .

She also congratulated the beneficiaries for the unique opportunity to exhibit their talents at the Championship. 

Responding, Yemi Edun, the founder, Daniel Ford International, appreciated Dabiri-Erewa for gracing the occasion
He said he will continue to embark on impactful programs particularly for the youth .

Abdulfatai Abdulbasit,  representing Kwara State, won the Under-19 Boys’ category, while Miss Ayoola Kabirat, representing Lagos State, won the Under-19 Girls’ category.

The two-day event which was aimed at discovering new talents.
