Danbatta meets with business communities in Kano

SUNDAY, October 25 was another busy day for Prof. Umar Danbatta, executive vice-chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, as he had a dialogue with business communities in Kano State. In furtherance of his two-day working visit to Kano State, he received the leadership of two major business communities in Kano, Kantin Kwari and Abubakar Rimi markets.

Danbatta received the officials of the two markets unions at Kano Zonal office of the commission. Sagir Sharif Wada, and Ado Bilyamin, market chairmen Kantin Kwari market and Abubakar Rimi market respectively led the markets leadership to the meeting with the two business communities.

While assuring the business communities of the NCC’s efforts in increasing efficiency in their business activities through deepening of broadband access the country, the NCC boss thanked them for their role in maintaining peace in the state and urged them to continue to help the Federal Government’s peace initiatives.
