Death of US-Based Nigerian Doctor, Wife, shocking - Dabiri-Erewa

Abike Dabiri-Erewa, chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NIDCOM, has described news of the death of Ben Okigbo, a medical doctor in Houston and his wife, Theresa, who was a nurse, as most shocking and depressing.
Dabiri-Erewa console with the family, particularly the children, who are now orphans, as well as members of the Nigerian diaspora community in the US.
Okigbo and his wife, Theresa, were found dead in their Sugar Land, Texas home on Friday morning, according to police.
NIDCOM commiserates with the Okigbo family and pray unto God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
NIDCOM will continue to monitor police investigations into the unfortunate incident.
