Delta Vice Chair, Ozue bags honorary degree

THE Vice Chairman, Isoko North Local Government Council, Chief Frank Esiwo Ozue bagged an honorary doctorate degree In Political Leadership Administration.
The degree was bestowed on him on Sunday by the Nigerian Institute for Political Leadership Administration and Control, NIFPLAC in conjunction with the Zoe Life University, Philadelphia, USA.
Ozue, who doubles as the Chairman, Forum of Delta State Vice Chairmen, (ALGON), appreciated the the governing board and the management of the Institute for conferring him the Doctorate degree

development of Isoko nation and Delta State in general”
