Depriving Gaza citizens of water, food, medicine unacceptable – Qatar
Foreign
QATAR says depriving Gaza Strip citizens of water, food, and medicine is unacceptable.
The Qatari government also said all those violating the internal law must be punished.
The country’s Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani said this in a statement on Wednesday following a joint news conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Doha.
“As for stopping the flow of water, electricity, food, and medicines to the civilian population of the Gaza Strip, this is unacceptable.
“Those guilty of violating international law during this conflict should be punished,’’ he said.
According to him, humanitarian corridors need to be opened to rescue residents of the Gaza Strip who suffered from Israeli bombing. (Sputnik/NAN)
