The Diligent announced on Wednesday, December 5 that its Blueprint® OneWorld product will join forces with CSC, a top tier global provider of Registered Agent services, through a new technology integration which will offer a best-in-class global entity management solution to organisations looking for a more efficient way to manage entities.
In today’s complex regulatory landscape, legal and compliance professionals need a combination of global entity management technology and services to drive efficiency, improve compliance, and effectively mitigate risk. By bringing together Blueprint OneWorld software and CSC Registered Agent services, this newly formed alliance responds to this demand with a unified offering.
“We strive to provide solutions which streamline efficiency and increase compliance while mitigating risk and exposure,” Liam Healy, SVP & managing director for Blueprint OneWorld, said. “CSC is the gold standard for Registered Agent services and this partnership presents a great opportunity to offer our customers an integrated solution with unparalleled breadth and value.”
Together, Blueprint OneWorld and CSC will develop an integrated solution for data sharing between their global entity management and Registered Agent service offerings which will result in three key benefits for customers:
- Faster population of validated data and documents;
- Improved data accuracy with ongoing synchronizations; and
- Increased operational efficiency via a single solution for best-in-class services and technology.
“The partnership between Diligent’s Blueprint OneWorld and CSC’s registered agent services has the potential to be game changing in helping organisations be more efficient, while increasing compliance and reducing risk,” Teresa Kennedy, the Legal Entity manager, World Fuel Services, said. “I believe this will greatly assist companies in keeping up corporate secretarial data and documentation, setting up new registrations, managing renewals and handling withdrawals in U.S. jurisdictions.”
With a united focus on security, this partnership will provide customers with a single source of truth that significantly improves governance because decisions are made on more accurate data. Further, the combined global reach will offer future and existing customers a tailored entity management solution that fits their size, budget and geographic location.
“CSC has been the provider of choice for leading Fortune 500® companies for secure, reliable, and trustworthy entity services for more than 115 years,” Jennifer Kenton, SVP of global sales for CSC, said. “We’re excited about this partnership with Diligent because we’ll be able to offer their clients the option to seamlessly integrate critical entity management data into Blueprint® OneWorld while also providing them with the award-winning customer service we’re known for.
