THE Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, through Bisi Kazeem, head of media relations and strategy, in a statement today, Monday, October 10,  in Abuja informed the general public and motorists that as a result of an immediate ongoing repairs of AKUNGBA – IWARO – OkA – ISUA road linking ABUJA/LAGOS , motorists from Lagos are advised to follow the following alternative routes (A) from Lagos through OWO – IPELE – IDOANI – ISUA.; (B) Lagos Owo – AKUNGBA – IKARE – AJOWA – AYERE – KABBA. (C) Lagos – OWO – AKUNGBA – IKARE – IBOROPA – ISE – AKUNNU – KABBA.

Likewise those coming from ABUJA are to follow Abuja – ISUA – IDOANI – IPELE – OWO – AKURE. OR: ABUJA – ISUA – ISE – IBOROPA – IKARE to OWO. The repair is being carried out at OKE OKA bad portion of the road that will take two days to effect. The FRSC men on ground to assist in traffic control.
