Easter CLO felicitates with Christians, appeals to them to emulate Christ

CIVIL Liberties Organization CLO has felicitated with Christians as they celebrate 2023 Easter celebration.

This is contained in a press statement issued to newsmen endorsed by Evangelist Comrade Vincent Ezekwueme chairman and Comrade Chidi Mbah Secretary respectively appeal to Christians to emulates Jesus Christ sacrificial life of humility, perseverance, obedience, selfless and agape love for humanity.

This is a period of sober reflection, to show, think,act and gives charity, love, empathy, justice and equity to all human irrespective of tribe,religion, ethnicity or clans cleavages.

We must use this people to reconcile with one another,think about common good and interest as well as be our brother’s keeper.

Pertinently just as Christ died for redemption of mankind,if need be we should be able, ready and willing to make necessary and inevitable sacrifices towards nation growth and development.

This could be actualized through love, tolerance, peace and fostering national unity, integration, inclusiveness and cohesion.

Let us uphold integrity, honesty, social justice by sharing and showing love love to one another as examplified by Jesus Christ.

Let selfless life of Jesus Christ be guiding and guarding principle to all  Judges to Presidential Election Petition Tribunal as the last hope of common as justice, equality and equity is the foundation of democracy and democratic governance.
