The Police in a statement issued by ASP Abiodun Wasiu, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, on Thursday in Minna, said that order had been issued to area commanders and divisional police officers, on how to enforce social restriction during and after the Easter period.

Wasiu called on residents to continue to cooperate with the Police and other security agencies deployed to enforce restriction order to curtail the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.

He further urged the Christian faithful to use the period to pray for God intervention in the ongoing fight against coronavirus. (NAN)
