ECOWAS Heads of State to hold extraordinary Summit on political, peace and security situation in region

THE Authority of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS, has convened an Extraordinary Summit on the Political, Peace and Security situation in the Republic of Niger.

The Summit will hold in Abuja, on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

According to the statement by the Commission, the ECOWAS Leaders will be considering and discussing the political situation and recent developments in the Region during the Summit.
