Plateau Peacocks led the game at the end of the first half with scores standing at 9-7, but the Edo Dynamos took charge in the second half to turn the tables.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the 2020 league which began on Oct. 31 is featuring teams in both the male and female categories.
The matches have been holding on the indoor and outdoor handball courts at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium and the competition will end on Saturday.
Speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) later, coach of the female team of Edo Dynamos, Aron Okojie, said his team had proved fantastic in the league.
“They have also proved their worth,” he said.
The competition continues with Plateau Peacocks facing Adorable Angels on Friday while Edo Dynamos will face Adorable Angels on Thursday.(NAN)
