Factruse launches ZigZag platform to empower youths

FACTRUSE Limited in partnership with the Nigerian Postal Service, NIPOST, has launched a technological platform called ZigZag Nation to empower Nigerian youths. Femi Giwa, founder, ZigZag Nation, said the platform would bring financial services closer to the youths.

Speaking at the launch of the platform in Lagos on Monday, December 7, Giwa explained that the platform offers youths the opportunity to carry out their financial transactions at ease. He said the platform would create a new identity in the financial and e-commerce services.

According to Giwa, ZigZag Nation is highly interactive cyberspace with the main focus on young Nigerians, mostly undergraduates as well as older persons. “The Zigzag community would form the bane of commercial-oriented persons engaging online and as well serve as agents to others with the commercial endeavour.

“Eligible persons for full-membership are immediately equipped with a starter pack comprising of a debit card to aid operations of an e-wallet, a SIM card for easy communication with ZigZag community, and a NIPOST locker for a warehousing of purchased items. Members have access to a robust e-commerce platform where shopping or international trade is made easy from the comfort of homes, workplaces, schools etc,” he said.

Giwa explained that the Zigzag community is a highly interactive platform and a network of people who will culminate into a nation. He noted that active members will benefit from a reward system of a scaling order.
