FIDA Nigeria congratulates Ezinwa Okoroafor on her elevation as international President

THE International Federation of Women Lawyers, FIDA, Nigeria, Abuja Branch, has congratulated Ezinwa Okoroafor on her election as the International President of FIDA.
In a statement signed by Chairperson Chibuzo Maureen Nwosu, FIDA Abuja Branch, praised her unwavering dedication, proven leadership and commitment to FIDA’s mandate.
“We are confident that under her stewardship, FIDA International will continue to thrive and achieve new heights,” Nwosu said.
She added that Okoroafor’s election marks a significant milestone for FIDA Nigeria and the global community of women lawyers.
According to the statement, FIDA Nigeria Abuja Branch looks forward to working closely with President Okoroafor to advance the organisation’s objectives and promote women’s empowerment.
Ezinwa Nwanyieze Okoroafor is a Nigerian legal practitioner. She has judiciously climbed the ladder of offices in FIDA as she once served as the International Secretary of the International Federation of Women Lawyers, FIDA, in 2017. She has also previously served as Regional Vice President for Africa for International Federation of Women Lawyers, FIDA, and National President for the Nigerian branch of FIDA.
Okoroafor was the council member of the Nigerian Bar Association women forum, national chairperson of the Society of Women in Taxation of Nigeria, delegate to the Nigeria National Conference of 2014
