First Lady condoles Sokoto, Bauchi governors over boat mishap, flood

THE First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, has condoled Governors Ahmed Aliyu of Sokoto State and his Bauchi State counterpart Sen. Bala Mohammed, over that tragedies that befell them recently.
Oluremi, in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja, expressed sadness over the boat mishap which claimed lives in Sokoto, and the flooding which destroyed property in Bauchi State.
She described the incidents as “unfortunate”.
”My thoughts and prayers are with the families. We sympathise with those who lost loved ones and properties, as well as those who have been displaced.
“May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace; And may God comfort the affected families and grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss,” she said.(NAN)
