The family of late Joseph Egua of Idumu Eka, Ewatto, Esan South Local government Area, Edo State, is to bury late Lucy Egua, mother of Horatius Egua, publisher of Frontiersnews on Friday, February 5. Lucy died on January 3.

The programme released by Horatius, the eldest son to the deceased shows that on

Friday. February 5, her remains will leave the Irrua Teaching Hospital, Irrua, Edo State, by 8am for a brief lying in state at her husband’s residence, Idumu Iyasele, Ewatto.

Thereafter, it will depart for a funeral Mass at  St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Ewatto, by 12 noon and Interment follows immediately  at her family compound in Idumu Eka, Ewatto, Esan South East Local Government Area, Edo State.

Reception will take place at Ewatto Grammar School, Ewatto, Esan South East LGA Edo State.

On Saturday, February 6, there will be ‘celebration of life’, at her husband’s residence while a thanksgiving/outing service will hold in her honour on Sunday, February 7, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Ewatto.
