GEN. Abdusalam Abubakar (Fmr Head of State) declares support for Khadijah Abdullahi Iya the APGA gubernatorial candidate for Niger State as well as showers his blessings on her.
The event took place on the 1st February 2023 when the APGA gubernatorial candidate, party exco in Niger and her campaign team paid a courtesy visit to the former Head of State at his Hill top mansion in Mina, Niger state.
The Elder statesman and former Head of State also stated that; he is looking forward to Khadijah Abdullahi Iya being sworn in as the first Female democratically elected Governor in the State and by extension, Nigeria.
