Gov. Idris appoints Deputy Accountant General

GOV. Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has approved the appointment of Alhaji Abdulhamid Mungadi as the new Deputy Accountant General of the state.

Alhaji Ahmed Idris, Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the governor, announced this in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Birnin Kebbi on Saturday.

Idris quoted the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Alhaji Abubakar Dutsinmari, saying that the appointment took immediate effect.

According to him, prior to his transfer and appointment as the new deputy accountant general, Mungadi was the Bursar, Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero. (NAN)
