Governor Adeleke extols Ebenezer Babatope's virtues @ 80

SENATOR Ademola Adeleke, Executive Governor of Osun State has described Ebenezer Babatope, a former minister as a treasure.

In a congratulatory message personally signed by the governor, on the occasion of Babatope’s 80th birthday, the governor noted that the elder statesman is not only a treasure to the people of Osun state, but also to the whole of humanity going by his impacts and contributions.

Parts of his congratulatory message reads:

“Chief Babatope’s birthday is a moment of celebration, first for the Grace of God in his life, and more, for the immense values he has added to innumerable lives through service.

“As a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Babatope left an indelible imprints with his sterling performance, and as an elder statesman, he continues to offer meaningful contributions to the progress of Osun state and Nigeria as a whole.

“On the auspicious occasion of his 80th birthday, I join family, friends and associates in celebrating Chief Babatope and extol his virtue as a leader per excellence.

“It is my prayer that God Almighty bless him with more celebrations in good health and sound mind so that we can continue to enjoy the benefits of his wise counsel and guidance. Many happy returns of the day Baba.”
