HE died in the early hours of today after a brief illness, source told TheNigeriaLawyer.

The cause of his death is yet unknown as at the time of filing this report

Until his death, he was the managing Solicitor of Granville Abibo (SAN) & Co, a Port Hacourt based Law firm.

He was called to the Bar on 27th July 1985. He also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (formerly University of Ife) Nigeria, 1989.

He has been in active legal practice specializing in Litigation and Appellate practice, Corporate and Commercial Practice, Arbitration and Criminal Law cases.

He was a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria since 1999. He was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria on 26th August 2011 at the Supreme Court of Nigeria
