A 23-year-old ,hair stylist Chijioke Esomchi , was on Tuesday docked  in a Dei-Dei Grade I Area Court, Abuja, for allegedly defrauding his customer.

The police charged Esomchi, who lives in Gawrinpa  Abuja with criminal breach of trust.

The Prosecution Counsel, Mr Chinedu Ogada, told the court that on Sept. 30 the complainant, Ekwele Obianulu of No 26 Marcus Poli Galadima Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja, reported the matter at the Gwarinpa  Police station.

Ogada said that on April 22 the complainant gave the defendant seven human hair extensions to treat and apply dye.

The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Judge, Sulyman Ola, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N200,000 with one surety in like sum.

Ola ordered that the surety must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and must  produce reliable means of identification.
