THE Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), officials and materials were yet to arrive at Idrion vocational centre, a voting centre at Okaegben in Ewohimi, Esan South East local government area for the Edo governorship election.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the election, Dr. Asue Ighodalo, vote at Okaegben ward one, polling unit 3, located at a vocational centre
As at at 9:26am voters gathered in clusters waiting for the arrival of INEC officials and materials.
Security personnel have also arrived waiting for INEC officials.
As at the time of filing this report, early morning downpour which started at about 6:30 am was still on (NAN)
