A Federal High Court in Lagos on Monday fixed Nov. 28 for the arraignment of a company– Elephant Group Ltd and its Managing Director, Tunji Owoeye — over alleged unlawful importation of Urea fertilizer component.

The component is used for the manufacture of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED).

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the case which was earlier scheduled for arraignment on Monday, was adjourned until Nov. 28 as the judge, Justice Mojisola Olatoregun could not sit.

No reason was given.

The suit was filed on behalf of Attorney General of the Federation by Mr Aminu Alilu of the Department of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
