I’ll focus on human capital development, employment in 2024 - Reps Ukodhiko

MEMBER representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, vowed to end poverty, hunger, socioeconomic stagnation and insecurity in the Constituency through human capital development in 2024.

Hon. Ukodhiko disclosed this in a statement on Monday by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Ajiri-Oghene Oreh, welcoming the people of Isoko Federal Constituency to the New Year, 2024.

He stressed that, “achieving the unity of Isoko for sustainable development and the empowerment of our people is a collective task everyone must all signed up for to enable our Federal Constituency has a say and take its rightful place not only in Delta but in Nigeria.”

Ukodhiko said ,”It is with gratitude to God Almighty that on behalf of my family, I welcome the good people of Isoko North and South Federal Constituency into 2024, a glorious year of endless possibilities and abundant opportunities.

“As we happily go into the New Year, let us expect more benefits of quality legislative representation, sustainable developmental projects, and empowerment that will better and improve the lives of our people.

“Apart from basic infrastructural development, I’ll concentrate on human capital development through quality formal and informal education, and massive employment generation through direct, large, medium and small scale business promotions in 2024.

“As I strongly believe that the provision of a well-organized and strictly monitored micro and medium financed scheme in small and medium scale manufacturing and farming.

“Six months at the Green Chambers as the member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, i am able to look back and count our achievements in terms of motions and bills I am pursuing, empowerment programmes facilitated and projects influenced by me.”

The Isoko federal lawmaker appealed to the people of Isoko-nation to remain steadfast, resilient, hopeful for a better Constituency and country while urging for understanding, tolerance regardless of political and religious differences.

“I must appreciate everyone for their love, prayers, and support that give me the zeal to press further in giving quality legislative advocacy as I count on your usual support in 2024. Let this New Year transform into a new dawn for our Federal Constituency.” Ukodhiko prayed.
