DANIEL Chile, a lecturer at Benue State University, Makurdi, has urged Nigerians to strive hard and contribute their individual quota to nation building.

The lecturer gave the charge in his Independence Day message to Nigerians and made it available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Makurdi.

Chile, who is a strategic communication expert, said that every Nigerian must contribute his/her quota for the country to progress.

He said that Nigeria is a nation with a tapestry of cultures, languages, and traditions, where each contributed to her rich heritage; therefore, all citizens must contribute for her progress.

“It is our unity in this diversity that will propel us toward a brighter future. Together, we must work tirelessly to uphold the values of peace, justice, and progress.”

“As we look forward, let us embrace our responsibilities as citizens. Together, we can build a Nigeria that offers opportunity for all, nurtures innovation, and champions equality.

“Let us strive to empower one another, ensuring that every voice is heard and every dream has a chance to flourish.

“On this day, let us renew our commitment to nation-building. Let us foster a spirit of cooperation, integrity, and hope.

“Together, we can overcome the challenges we face and create a Nigeria that stands proud on the global stage,” he said (NAN)
