Indigenous Igbos of Rivers State unveil Ohanaeze Ndigbo Women’s Wing

IN a significant move to foster unity among the Indigenous Igbo communities in Rivers State, women from various Igbo-speaking groups have officially formed the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Women’s Wing in the state.

The newly established group comprises representatives from Egbema, Etche, Omuma, Ndoni, Ikwerre, Ekpeye, Obigbo, Opobo, and Ogba

According to the organisers, the initiative aims to strengthen cultural ties and create a platform for collaboration among Indigenous Igbos in Rivers State.

The group is calling on all Indigenous Igbos in the state to join the movement and work towards a common goal of unity and socio-cultural advancement.
