Alleged threat to life: Court strikes out suit filed by ex-district head

A Sharia Court ll, Magajin Gari, sitting in Kaduna, on Monday struck out a threat to life filed a former district head of Narayi, Kaduna, Ibrahim Hamza.
NAN reports that Hamza, 65, who lives at Hayin Malam Bello, Kaduna, dragged Muhammad Khalid, to court, alleging that he threatened to kill him and also defamed him.
The Judge, Murtala Nasir, on Monday, struck out the case following an application Hamza, to withdraw the case.
Hamza told the court that the matter had been settled amicably.
After listening to the parties and reading the agreement signed by both parties, Nasir dismissed the case.
He ordered them to bury the hatchet and live in peace. (NAN)
