THE Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) SOE Joseph Ari, has called for partnership with the envoy designate to Cote’d Ivoire, Mr. Martin Adamu.

Ari called for the collaboration on Tuesday in Jo’s, when the envoy paid him a courtesy visit.

He called on the envoy to identify areas of partnership with the Fund, particularly with regards to the training and retraining of the ITF workforce to certain areas of learning and development that can be domesticated in the country.

He congratulated the envoy on his appointment and expressed optimism that he would be a good ambassador of the country having studied international relations and serving in various diplomatic fields.

Earlier the envoy designate to Cote’d Ivoire, Adamu, lauded the fund’s achievement in human capital development.

He said that opportunities abound in the international forum for learning and sharing from best practices and the ITF has continued to make faint strides from which other countries could also learn from. (NAN)
