OLAJIDE Oduyoye,  General Manager,  Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), says an on-line survey for those with issues of extortion by LASTMA officials should be disregarded.

Oduyoye said this in a statement signed by the Asst. Director, Public Affairs of LASTMA, Mr Filade Olumide, on Thursday in Lagos.

The LASTMA boss  denied  issuance of the survey via:  http://bit.ly LASTMAPublicSurveyForm which  was designed with LASTMA logo.

He said that the source of the survey remained  largely untraced and faceless and therefore might be from fraudsters who wanted to take advantage of the respondents and the general road users.

Oduyoye, therefore, advised the public to be wary of the  link and try to verify any such link from time to time before acting on such, so as not to be defrauded.

He advised the faceless publishers of the on-line survey to engage themselves in productive ventures rather than wasting their time and energy on negative activities that damaged the image of the government and its agencies.
