List of celebrities supporting, mobilising for Tinubu in 2023

MANY celebrities are bracing up to play active roles in deciding who becomes the next President.

Among the wide array of candidates from various political parties, many including prominent celebrities are rooting for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu who is the standard bearer of All Progressives Congress (APC).

While many of these celebrities have openly declared their support for Tinubu, some others are yet to declare publicly but they’ve joined Tinubu’s trending catchphrase ‘E mi lo kan’ to show he is a candidate to support.

The Nation’s checks show top actors and actresses in the Yoruba and English movie industries are strongly rooting and mobilising support for Tinubu.

In November 2021, Nollywood actor John Okafor (Mr Ibu) with his colleagues like Foluke Daramola, Harry Anyanwu, and Benedict Johnson, drummed support for Tinubu’s presidential ambition.

In June, some Nollywood stars under the League of Actors comprising Fausat Balogun, Yinka Quadri, Jide Kosoko, Taiwo Hassan, Faithia Williams, Femi Adebayo, Shola Kosoko, Saheed Balogun, among others were seen campaigning for Tinubu.
