MIKE Ozekhome, SAN, has raised concern over the barring of any and every line MTN whimsically and capriciously desires with the owners having committed no offence or done any wrong?

Reacting to this development, Ozekhome wondered if Nigeria has gotten “so low and fallen into such an abysmal state of nadir that MTN, a South African telecommunications conglomerate can simply decide to bar any and every line it whimsically and capriciously desires”.

“That is what Nigerians in their multitude have been going through in the hands of MTN since yesterday.

“At many MTN centres across Nigeria, the battle has been raging physically between customers as regards first-come-first-serve in their desperate quest to get their lines reopened. What’s going on MTN?,” the statement by Ozekhome said.
