Akintola Williams, chartered accountant, 97, August 9. Born in Lagos State, he was educated in Nigeria and England. Williams is the first indigenous chartered accountant. He was the president, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the principal partner, Akintola Williams and Company.
