Chukwuemeka Wogu, former minister of labour and productivity, politician and administrator, 51, January 29. Born in Umuahia, Abia State, he holds a first degree in Law from Abia State University; Masters in Public Administration, MPA, and MSc in Public Policy. A two-time commissioner, representing Abia State at the Revenue Mobilisation, allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC, Wogu was also political adviser to Orji Uzor Kalu, former governor of Abia State and a former chairman of Aba South local government area of the state. Wogu holds several chieftaincy titles from many communities across the country.
