Ministry Of Youth Development agrees to partners with ANCISRO, others

Anambra State Civic and Social Reformation Agency, ANCISRO has proposed partnership arrangement with the state Ministry of Youth Development and others in social reformation  and reorientation of youths in the state.

The Managing Director of the Agency, Mr. Chuka Nnabuife who paid a courtesy call to the Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba in his office, on February 11, disclosed that the proposed partnership would complement the efforts of the ministry in  eradicating youth restiveness, cultism and drug abuse.

“The Agency is working at revamping the society by training them on moral values in order to be useful in the society.”

In his response, the Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba welcomed the visitors and agreed to partner with the ANCISRO in order to achieve a healthy youth population.

He praised the Agency for the partnership proposal adding that the ministry would extend its hand of fellowship with any ministry, Department and Agency (MDA) that shows interest in youth development.

In his closing remarks, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth Development, Engr. Martin Agbili said that the ministry is happy to receive the  team and promised to support them since the programme would promote the governors vision.
