Muhammed appoints PHCDA Executive Secretary, two others

GOV Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State on Friday approved three key appointments in the Health sector, an area he had earlier declared a state of emergency.

The appointments, which saw Dr Rilwanu Mohammed becoming the Executive Chairman of the State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (PHCDA), were announced in a statement issued by the governor’s Senior Special Assistant on Media, Muktar Gidado.

Others are Dr Ahmed Jibrin, appointed Programme Manager, “Saving One Millions Lives Programme For Results” under the State Ministry Of Health.

Dr Salisu Isa has been posted to head the State Incidence Manager Unit and a Focal Person for the State Basic Health Care Provision Fund, Emergency Operation Center, under the PHCDA.

Gidado said the appointments were with immediate effect. (NAN)
