.. urges unity, peaceful co-existence

AS Muslim faithful in Nigeria join others across the world to celebrate Eid-El-Fitri, the President of Nigeria Basketball Federation, Ahmadu Musa Kida, urges them to be joyful, graceful and modest as they celebrate the period.

In his message, the NBBF boss admonished the faithful to display the inherent virtues learned during the holy month of Ramadan, by showing love, kindness, generosity and compassion to their fellow human beings, during and after the celebrations.

Kida, who is known over the years for his uncommon philanthropic gestures that include support for education, sports and other life-changing socio-economic empowerment through the Ahmadu Musa Kida Foundation, AMK, also advised the Muslim faithful and indeed, all Nigerians, to eschew hatred and bitterness and live in peace and unity.
