MEMBERS of the National Council of Women’s Societies (NCWS), on Tuesday, congratulated an elder statesman, Col. Emma Shoda (rtd.) on his 70th birthday.
The President of NCWS, Mrs. Gloria Shoda, in a statement issued in Abuja, described him as a worthy elder statesman, with impeccable service to Nigeria.
According to her, Shoda has been an amazing husband, father and confidant.
”You are a friend and pillar of support through our journey together. I praise the Almighty for giving you to me as my life partner.
