Ndigbo and Entrepreneurship: Enugu 2017 holds November 11

THE second edition of Ndigbo and Entrepreneurship, a dinner and honors event that promotes and celebrates entrepreneurship in South East Nigeria will take place during the upcoming South East Economic Summit (November 11 – 13) at the Base Landmark, Independence Layout, Enugu, on Saturday, November 11.

Attendees to the event include the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo led by John Nnia Nwodo, its president general, South East State governors led by their chairman, Dave Umahi,  executive governor of Ebonyi State; national assembly members from South East led by Senator Ike Ekweremadu, deputy senate president, federal ministers from the South East, Eminent Traditional Rulers led by Nnaemeka Achebe, Obi of Onitsha, leading Igbo entrepreneurs, and other distinguished invited guests.

The major highlight of the evening will be the recognition of two groups of outstanding and impactful Igbo Entrepreneurs, those late and above 70 years and those below 70.

In the above 70 category are: Paschal Dozie, Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu (late),  Joe Nwankwu (late), Godwin Chikeluba (late) Nnanna Kalu (late).

The below 70 category are Cosmas Maduka, Chika Okafor, Allen Onyema,  Ben Okoye, Innocent Chukwuma, Leostan Ekeh, Chidi Anyaegbu, Nnaeto Orazulike, Uche Ogah, Emeka Ene, Chibuzor Darl-Uzu, Prof Pat Utomi, and  Ndidi Nwuneli.

Others are Emma Bishop Okonkwo, ABC Orjiako, Sam Onyishi, Tony Ezenna,  Ernest Azudialu, Stella Okoli, Poly Emenike, Julius Orji, Cletus Ibeto, Dan Chukwudozie, Emeka Offor, Prof Barth Nnaji, Emeka Okwuosa, Obi Ezeude, Captain Emma Iheanacho, Mallinson Ukatu and Nnamdi Ezeigbo.

It promises to be a very memorable evening for Ndigbo.
