Prof. Omenugha has over the years made huge and enviable investments in students and teachers capacity development. In a word, she is a brand.
With the dynamic duo of Dr. Ike Neliaku and Prof Kate Azuka Omenugha, Anambra State will bring competence, vision and transparency to bear on the affairs of NIPR.
