Nigerian born Professor to head Cybersecurity Clinic at Louisiana State University

THE Louisiana State University has appointed Prof. Aisha Ali-Gombe as the Director of the newly created Cybersecurity Clinic in the institution.
This is coming after the approval of $1.5m grant to the University by the United States National Security Agency, NSA.
The grant is to help create a pilot Cybersecurity Clinic to protect small businesses that are targets of cyberattacks.
The U.S-based Nigerian from Gombe State is an Associate Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the Louisiana State University where she lectures.
She has a Ph.D., Engineering and Applied Science (Major in Computer Science), University of New Orleans, New Orleans, LA – 2017
M.S., Computer Science, University of New Orleans, New Orleans, LA – 2012
She is also an expert in Malware Analysis, System Security, Privacy Policy Techniques in Mobile Applications, Software Reverse Engineering, Code Fingerprinting, Software Instrumentation, Database and Device Memory Forensics.
