NOC commiserates with Tikom over mother's death

THE Nigeria Olympic Committee has condoled with Ishaku Tikom, its 2nd Vice President, on the passing of his mother, Esther Tikom, aged 98.
The committee expresses its deep sympathy and condolences to the 2nd vice president and his family during this difficult time.
In a statement released by the committee’s Public Relations Officer, Tony Nezianya on behalf of NOC, conveyed their support and offered their heartfelt condolences to the 2nd vice president, who is also the president of, the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation (NTTF)
The NOC acknowledges the pain and sorrow that comes with losing a loved one.
The Committee extends their thoughts and prayers to the vice president and his family, hoping that they find strength and comfort in this trying period.
”We commend our 2nd VP’s dedication and commitment to Nigerian sports and his contributions to the growth and development of the Olympic Movements in our country, Nigeria.”
The Nigeria Olympic Committee is a governing body responsible for overseeing Olympic activities in Nigeria, including the participation and preparation of Nigerian athletes for the Olympic Games.
