NYSC deploys 1,850 corps members to Gombe

THE National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), says it has deployed 1,850 corps members to Gombe State for the 2024 Batch “B” Stream II Orientation exercise.

Jennifer Laha, Public Relations Officer, NYSC, said this in a statement on Monday in Gombe.

Laha said the corps members were expected to report at the NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp, Amada in Akko Local Government Area of the state.

“The 2024 Batch “B” Stream II Orientation Course commences from August 28 to September 17, 2024 nationwide.

“In Gombe  State, a total number of 1,850 prospective corps members are deployed to the state,” he said.

She advised the prospective corps members to ensure early arrival at the camp while assuring that all arrangements had been put in place to ensure a hitch-free exercise.

Laya appealed to the good people of Gombe State to accord the prospective corps members the usual hospitality that the state was known for. (NAN)
