OAU sacks professor over sex for mark scandal

THE Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife has announced the sacking of Professor Richard Akindele for allegedly demanding sex from Monica Osagie to upgrade her mark.

The VC announced the sack at a press conference in Ife on Wednesday.

He said the Governing Council sacked the lecturer having found him guilty of all the charges against him. – Punch
