He advised Fintiri to keep  doing  more as the sky was going to be his limit in Nigeria politics.

In his address, Gov. Fintiri said that the flyover was  one of the fastest delivered projects in the country and the world which  was constructed to ease traffic grid in the state capital.

He said that the project was  executed for the interest of people in the state and also  to attract investors to  the state for economic development.

He thanked Obasanjo for his contributions for the development of the state and for  coming to  inaugurate  the project personally.

“The project means a lot to our people that is why I named it as Adamawa Unity Bridge for the benefit of humanity”, Fintiri said.

Earlier in his remarks, Alhaji Adamu Atiku, Commissioner for Works and Energy Development said that bridge was the first ever in the history of the Northeast.
