Obiano has given Ndi Anambra hope for a better tomorrow – Deputy Governor

NKEM Okeke, the deputy governor, said the present administration has performed well in terms of state-wide infrastructure development.
The deputy governor made said this during inauguration ceremony of Anambra State’s past President-Generals Association, PGs, held at Enugwu-Ukwu.
According to him governance is a gradual process, and a good leader must have a vision of where he wants to take people to.
Okeke reminded them of Obiano’s security strides, noting that businesses were now sprouting up in the state, because of the security being enjoyed in Anambra.
Addressing the past PPs, he called for their individual contributions toward the development of their communities and pledged continued development in Obiano’s second tenure.
Jude Ekwunife, the president of the association, described the group as independent body, whose core objective was to work in support of any existing government in Anambra State.
He stressed that the association wanted continuity with good governance by ensuring that development would be sustained.
“We want peace, security and multi development,” he re-stated.
Emeka Nnaneme, the public relations officer, commended Obiano on his good on improving road network.
He pointed out that the group had through motion, adopted Obiano during his first campaign in 2013 and promised they would be prepared as leaders of various communities to deliver him in November 18 election.
