–

LESS than two months after quitting the Super Eagles job as the head coach, Sunday Oliseh, former Super Eagles captain, has been appointed into the FIFA Technical Study Group, TSG, to take charge of the 2016 Rio Olympics Football in Brazil.

The ex-international tweeted the development via his handle: @SundayOOliseh on Monday: saying he is “Honoured To Be Appointed Into the “new look” FIFA Technical Department. Next mission; The 2016 Rio Olympics Football.”

The priority of the technical group is to observe teams in matches and training sessions and collect information, reports of which are made available to FIFA member associations afterwards as a development tool.

Though Oliseh did not reveal the details of his appointment,  this will make it the second time Oliseh would be appointed to TSG.
