Opposition parties mobilising bandits, Boko Haram against elections, FG alleges

THE Federal Government has alleged that the opposition political parties are busy mobilising bandits and members of Boko Haram to cause crisis in order to stop the forthcoming elections in the country.
It further alleged that the plan included planned attacks on some state governors as well.
Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, made the allegations at an ongoing press briefing in Abuja on Monday.
Among the states which he alleged were being marked for attack included Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Kano, Nasarawa, Plateau, Kaduna and Zamfara States. – Punch
