Osun Approves New Oluwo

GOVERNOR Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State has approved the appointment of Rasheed Adewale Akanbi, a prince, of Gbaase ruling house as the new Oluwo of Iwo.

The appointment of Akanbi was announced in a letter signed by Moshood Adeoti, secretary to the state government. The letter said the appointment followed the completion of the due process by the kingmakers of Iwo in Iwo Local Government Area of Osun State.
