FOLLOWING it’s attainment of 25 million users milestone in Nigeria,  Palmpay, a fintech app, has rolled out a programme to reward its customers.

The Live Show, a weekly real-time social media livestream, according to Palmpay, is designed to revolutionise rewarding customers for their loyalty and engagement.

The Senior Marketing Manager, PalmPay, Mr Kevin Olumese, said in a statement, on Friday, that the fintech app was set to redefine the relationship between the business and users.

He said it was doing so by offering a dynamic and rewarding experience that set PalmPay apart from the competition.

“We are excited to introduce PalmPay Live to appreciate our loyal customers who have brought us thus far.

“More importantly, we believe in constant interaction with our users and followers across different social media platforms.

“We encourage our customers to partake in these rewards via our social media channels., “ he said.

Olumese said that with PalmPay Live, customers would receive instant gratification for their transactions and engagement with the brand.

According to him, users will experience real-time rewards, interactive challenges, and exclusive offers.

“Customers earn rewards when they engage with the platform; rewards range from instant airtime top-ups, coupons and cash giveaways.

“Also, every session entails various live quizzes and games,” he said.

According to him, it is live-streamed on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on a periodical basis,

One of the beneficiaries of the PalmPay live, Mr Omale Ekene from Enugu, is quoted as expressing joy over his award of a brand-new Hisense Smart TV.

“I only recharged my Glo line using the PalmPay app; after this, I received a call from PalmPay live about being the winner of the weekly raffle draw.

“I appreciate Glo and PalmPay for rewarding me,” he is quoted as saying. (NAN)
