“Result of studies on industry – academia collaboration shows that the communication landscape between industry and academia is often fraught with challenges.

“Misunderstandings can stem from a variety of sources, from differing writing/language and communication styles to contrasting objectives and timelines. These obstacles can hinder productive collaboration, leading to missed opportunities and as such, addressing these communication issues is a critical first step towards fostering successful industry-academia partnerships and collaboration,” she said.

She added that Charles Ebereonwu, Country Communications Manager, TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited, will be the speaker for this edition.
